Mabon is another name for the 2nd of the 3 fall harvests, and is celebrated on the day/night of the Autumnal Equinox. It is the official beginning of the gorgeously fragrant fall season. I chose pomegranate because it is an exotic fruit known to symbolize Pomona, a mythological fruit harvest goddess.
Harvest is the time when we reap what we have sown all year. We begin now to can and store our harvested fruits and vegetables for the coming winter.
This is a very generous 16 oz jar with lid that is reusable should you choose to repurpose it. Soy wax burns clean and is so much better for the environment and for the walls of your abode!
